If this is your idea of A-list then I have news for you. You have very low standards and need to get a hold of quality liteature for once in your life.

Take some pain killers man. Or do what I do and put your mind into a holographic machine until it’s over (or are you on a low budget, I’d be happy to team up.)
Things to arm one 6 armed heroine with: Wing Chun Sticky Hand karate training, taser-knuckles, various melee weapons (a la shiva) and a couple of cans of Fox 5.3 pepper spray.

For me low standards just means that I can enjoy more stuff and when I find something that’s actually good it seems even better.
