I just found this comic today and read the whole thing. Great art, and story! Good luck with your new book, and I’ll be waiting for the continuation.

oh you devious devil. a clever ploy to make cash… i can tell you now, it’s definitely going to work. as i must buy it, i must also buy the rest. as is my way, i must have it all.
I’m trying really hard to think of a reason to hate this decision besides “I dont wanna pay” and I can’t.. this comic severely deserves to be published, and is totes worth buying.

Only one side story is going to be book only, at least so far as I know, the comic will pick up where it leaves off, here online.
I was wondering if you would do a compilation of the first five chapters so that we could have a nice thick book instead of a thin chapter book of twenty or so pages.

I’ve been keeping up with the series since it kicked off and I don’t see the quality going down anytime soon. You’ve got something good going on, and I want to stay on this ride until the end.
A quick read of your comments state that the book itself is not yet ready for distribution, so I shall patiently wait for that day to arrive.

Pity on the print-only thing. I’m not against paying money for good comics, but an issue that is unavailable online does not work for me. I don’t own or want print only books, comics or really any physical possessions that are strictly necessary.
Will check back with the story when it continues and hope I didn’t miss out too much.
very nice cover, sadly i will not be able to purchase the book much as i want to but being a college student i have two choices in life: satisfy my nigh unquenchable thirst for awsome books and comics or eat, and i can’t read if i’m dead of starvation.
Sooo… I’m assuming this is a “Bonus side story when you buy the book!” deal, which sounds lovely. I think bonus content is one of the best part of web-comic compendiums. Of course, if this is a “Unless you buy the book, everything is going to skip from chapter 4 to chapter 6, and you’re going to know f*!^all what’s going on!” situation, I will admit to being more than a little miffed. You’ve made a really cool comic, and I think you’d be selling yourself short as an artist to pull something like that.
Of course, like I said, I’m assuming it’s the former, so more power to ya!
You just might want to specify the “bonus story” part next time, might do a bit to mitigate the sh*tstorm.
I can’t find anyof the Spinnerette Books on the Books Section. Other than that. I agree with TekServer. While some of us can’t afford the book atm, Others shouldn’t be Du**es for you trying to earn an Honest income.

I’m sorry so many people are being so rude and stupid over your announcement. You really don’t deserve to be attacked or called names. And I don’t think I ever saw it definitively stated anywhere here, so I’m going to ask the same question as a bunch of other people.
Is this chapter important to the overall story? Is it a side story? Or will I be forced to skip from Chapter 4 to Chapter 6 and not know the important details of what happened?
I really love this comic. and if I could, I would be buying the print comics. Unfortunately, I’m currently barely paying my bills, so that’s not something I am capable of at this point. I love the artwork: great expressions, good movement, and just really great lines. I also love the storyline and the characters. I particularly love the fact that you did not use all the usual names writing like to choose for their stories. My RL name’s Heather, and it’s so rare I find something that uses my name for a main character (and doesn’t make the character 2-D or, worse, *itchy). I applaud you on a great comic.
That said, I do want to say that if this is part of the main storyline, I (and probably a lot of other people) will not continue reading. Why? Because you’ve broken the trust. It’s the same as when I read Shonen Jump (VIZ’s version). They kept taking out good series and starting new ones, making the old ones only available in book form. I got to where I never knew if my favorite comics would be in the next issue or not, so I stopped reading altogether. If you have a comic that’s on the web, then print-only side stories or making it where people have to pay to read part or all of the story is fair game and a great way to make money. But by making whole chapters print only so that the continuity of the story is disrupted for web-only readers, you will lose members of your fan base. And if you do it more than once, you’ll probably lose a good chunk or perhaps even most, if not all, of them.
I’m not saying you’re evil or bad, if this print-only issue is a part of the regular storyline, but I am warning you of the reality of your decision because I love this comic so much. I’d be sad to no longer be able to read it. But I won’t if I have missing pieces of the storyline. It would drive me insane to continue to do so.

Krow has said that chapter 5 will be a side story, just a fun little extra for people who buy the book. Chapter 6 will pick up online and will continue the werecerberus storyline.
Are you going to do an online (PDF, presumably) release? I…don’t do paper anymore.
Also, hellyes desi girls. Is Sahira’s permanent bindi ever going to be explained?
Krow, I’m sorry people are to stupid to realize you already said CHAPTER SIX IS A SIDE STORY. If I can get it pdf or whatever digital form, I’m totally getting it, if not, oh well, good luck!
Also Krow, you’re such an excellent writter! You do such an excellent job of giving the characters such thorough personality’s!

Seriously, this comic is really good and the whole idea of you doing it for free is ridiculous. Work well done has to be rewarded, and I hope you get encouraged by this experiment (rather than discouraged by the wrath of the internet-hippies)

I know this has to be the millionth time its been asked, but how would one go about buying volume 5? I really enjoy the story and supporting the writer/artist of the series to get a side volume sounds perfectly fine to me. Id even buy the other volumes if I could. If someone could please give me some info on where to go Id greatly appreciate it. ^^
I’d love to pick up the book, if i knew where to order it from. And sorry about some of the lack of manners here with people screaming bloody murder. No one has the right to whine about something they’ve been getting for free. I wish you the best!
