Or Doctor universe! there is some stuff we didnt get to see in chapter 5 (curses), did heather and sahira really get off without anyone noticing who Heather really was? was there another copy of the security tapes even buzz didnt know about? another security feed going to Doctor universes lair? argh to many possibilities
Sahira did mention something about molds for silicone copies of limbs earlier, didn’t she? But her extra arms don’t look quite fake enough. Otherwise she could be playing a joke on her friend.

If Spinnerette is contagious with ‘granting’ powers then there would be a lot more 6 armed, super strong, rapid healing and spider ability mimicking people out there.
