Only if the six-armed fighter actually knows how to use them. As proven earlier in the comic when MM and Spinny sparred, her attempt to stop the mugger in the first comic, or in her fight with Evil Spinnerette, Spinnerette does not know how to use them.
In real life, my town had a guy (can’t remember his name) who trained for MMA fighting. He earned a black belt in three different martial art styles and went to Thailand to learn kickboxing. Sadly, he lost an arm in a car accident with a drunk driver and couldn’t become a fighter. He was something of a hero since our town was kind of a hopeless place until that point. A couple months later, five guys picked a fight with him because he was suddenly a “failed cripple.”
Guess which five people spent a couple days in the hospital? Moral of the story: It’s not necessarily the number of limbs, weapons, or what have you involved; it’s the skill to use them appropriately.
I can think of two ways where she might be able to survive the conditions,
due to researchers actively being able to use a form of implantation for real replacing some
brain functions (but these are only low level nodal blocks)…
Mecha Maid is seriously advanced in her learning about such things
(she did design her existing cybernetics which are optional, maybe she can do something more??)
I can see a science run amok option here if some outside source attempts to hack or hijack mecha-maid under such circumstances…
Having a custom computer system installed into ones head to replace the faulty biological…
how to safely make the transfer for a start… maybe end up with *two or more* mecha-maids?
Definitely one way Mecha-maid would be able to keep cover AND perform superhero duties
But the original body would end up needing to go through funeral to protect her family?
what dastardly treachery would *need* such a drastic life change for that character?
The anatomy is there. Where do you think she has her arms attached to? Now add that she has 4 extra arms. Her abs would have to go that far to allow her to have the same degree of strength, roughly, for each arm on its own. This also includes lower lefty.
Yeah the anatomy would be all wrong. I almost didn’t say anything because I wasn’t even sure he meant what i thought he meant but I don’t see anything else he could have meant…
OK, just to clarify things for those who are in serious need of brain bleach…
Those have to be abs. The rectus abdominal muscle attaches itself to the pubic bone, so yes, it goes down all the way . In fact, a part of it extends below the pubic crest. I won’t go into detail, unless you want some serious fan disservice.
Also, Spins has a typical six-pack set of abs – the muscle section right below her breasts doesn’t count. For a moment there I thought she had an eight-pack.
Although I have to admit, Spins does have an unusual anatomy, one way or another. I meant the musculature, of course.
that is where the ab muscles technicly attache(the pubic bone on the pelvis)
Also she does have to fit in several sets of pecs in there for each arm. thats goota hurt to have six shoulderblades… and what about clavicles(collerbones)
Um…. anatomically Humans have 8 packs….. the Six is easier and quicker to develop than the lower two. So in this drawing the only weird thing is that the abs are upside down.
Yeah that’s why I’ve preclaimed the next semi-major character I’m not gonna dig through and claim theater girl #3…I think MM is stilll unclaimed but like I said I’m rooting for her and Spins.
As long as we’re all claiming people. I claim the next significant female hero/villain*
*Wolf.spider reserves the right to disclaim the person if that person turns out not to be to his liking. Also side effects of claiming may include pants tenting and social awkwardness.
the more and more I think about it…Six arms would be really hard to go up against in a fist fight. Even four would be hard to keep track of but six?

Perhaps, but there’s a lot to be said for potential too. Imagine if Spins were a Jujitsu master… She’d be a truly terrifying force, indeed.
Or something less threatening…A masseuse…
Katt’s got that covered.
They could give each other Masseuse lessons and ju jitsu lessons.

Her abs…go all the way down to her pubes… ._.
Unless… those aren’t her abs… O_O
Well, now that’s going to bug me forever.
Spin’s abs have always looked like that.
Perhaps… but I only noticed it now… And now I can’t unsee it.
I can’t see it in the first place… The anatomy would be all wrong.

well people do 12 abdominal rectus total
I meant that the anatomy WOULD be wrong, if that bottom set of ab muscles were what Totema seems to believe they are.
Yeah the anatomy would be all wrong. I almost didn’t say anything because I wasn’t even sure he meant what i thought he meant but I don’t see anything else he could have meant…
Why? Why would you tell me that.

O.O bottom lefty could be coonected to ginormous spidey camel toe…. maybe thats why it’s so pervy
dem abs remind me of the succubuses in heroes (of might and magic) 5. maybe they’re on the same workout scheme?
lrn2 anatomy and you wont be so confused.
ugh…this comic is soo bad
…so bad I’m definitely buying a copy next freelance job I get.
Gotta fill up my half-empty bookshelf with something besides college textbooks.

training arc yay?
I’m claiming cake girl then.
I forgot about her… I suppose that is a valid claim.
WHO was cake girl
I would like to know that too…google search produced no results…
The girl in the background of the last panel:

talk about digging deep
Yeah that’s why I’ve preclaimed the next semi-major character I’m not gonna dig through and claim theater girl #3…I think MM is stilll unclaimed but like I said I’m rooting for her and Spins.
hello I was the third person to make a claim and I claimed MM
my friend Odysseus has no keyboard right now so he would like me to note that he claims the Asian chick on the same panel as cake girl

You claim Sex Worker, then?

Assuming that the “Le” doesn’t hint at a trap she would be acceptable.
*looks at pic of Le*
Is that supposed to be an evil Emilie Autumn?
