I wouldn’t object to a new power but I do know that in comics where already super powered heroes occasionally gain new powers aren’t a common thing, the gaining new powers thing doesn’t always go over very well.
That’s if the upgrade isn’t temporary to begin with. Spider-Man’s upgraded powers could only be used against certain enemies and were seemingly removed during the One More Day event, and an editorial in a recent chapter stated that even if he had kept them they were temporary to begin with. Whether Kaine (who got the same upgrade during the Spider-Isand arc) will lose them remains to be seen.
maybe she’ll turn into a spider and give birth to herself? after which she’ll get sued into prison by marvel. maybe MM will get arrested too and we can get a prison themed chapter, with al sorts of other jailed people.

This slight variation on MM’s costume does look mighty nice! Clothes are always SO hard to draw, for me. Then again, so is hair, body proportiions, hands, feet…… yeah, you see why I’m not a web-comic artist myself. ; D
Well, never read the xkcd, but back in the day when I still had a friend around who was a talented artist, we toyed with the idea of trying to make our own physical comic. It would’ve been very Tick-like… and this was BEFORE Tick appeared. Essentially a comedy spoof of comics… gee, kinda like Spinnerette in ways too!
In any case, one of our issue ideas was ‘Stryker visits the world of the stick-people’. The issues premise, was, ‘our artist is very tired and needs a break… so Stryker happens across THIS world’.
Stryker was kind’ve a punk-rock-ish looking super hero. My friend drew a stick figure with Stryker’s mohawk. It was actually pretty hilarious, I wish we could’ve gotten that published! : D
All in all, just yet more proof that sometimes when things seem they’re copy-cats, they just might not be!
I think shes just going to lose her powers at the end of the chapter… Or maybe she will be able to switch back and forth between her normal and super powered self.
It’s only a few hours until the next page is published and I have a sense of foreboding

At the very end of the chapter, in the very last panel, there will be a cliff hanger: BL will suddenly make a comment, much to everyone’s surprise.

You become a comic artist to improve on those things because your fans will point it out for you.
Huh! So super heroes wear masks for the safety of their loved ones. I’ve always thought that they wore masks just because it was cool.
Nope, and the more the mask covers the better. Superman is an exception, seeing how he goes to great lengths to ensure no-one connects him and Clark Kent despite not wearing a mask.
