Somethings occurs to me… isn’t Spinnerette’s costume bullet proof? Her new arms must be coming out with a LOT of force. Or maybe it builds up until they can break through. Regardless, she must have iron-like skin as well or else the arms busting through her costume should be… uh, not pretty.
Here’s an idea, how about they take her to one of those places where CK powered superheroes are weakened? I expect that would help.
This isn’t going to be another Dr. U saves the day, again, strip? That is getting just a touch old since I thought I would be reading about the heroes saving the day and not the villian. Any particular reason that Spinneratte keeps getting castrated as a hero in favor of the villian getting the lime light. For plot and character development, i’m done with that; anything else, just packing her in already she’s starting to look like a failure.
She’s never, in comic, gone to see someone who was remotely qualified to check her condition, and now she’s been exposed to a second burst from what made her mutate to begin with. Add to that that he and Gretta are some of the very few qualified to to diagnose and treat her condition (the mutations, not the psychological ones), it doesn’t make sense for someone else to be helping since they’re in the area and it’s clearly an issue that crosses lines. In addition, it’s likely that he arranged for Heather to get mutated, which she’s clearly always wanted, so who better to reverse it to stop the reaction but Dr U and Gretta.
Also, I’ve never seen any evidence that he and Gretta are villains, just what characters are accusing them of.
I have to agree with Somebody. I don’t think Dr. U is a villain as much as he is an anti-hero. Unlike Evil Spinnerette, Universe seems to be stuck between a rock and a hard place by science and politics. He wants to be a great scientist, but he knows his experiments (like Greta’s abilities) would be missused by the government.
If anything, I think he actually has Greta convinced they are villains so that she doesn’t feel as guilty about their work as he does himself.
At this rate our poor Heather will be more giant spider than young woman. No, please don’t mess with her face or breathing and swallowing. (Separate in arachnids, also can only eat dissolved food.)
I wonder if Dr. U will have an off-camera victory over Tiger.
Dr. Universe: *standing with one foot on Tiger’s back holding an elephant gun* I must look the spitting image of my grandfather.
Tiger: Gerrofame!
This is getting very interesting , I think im in love with this comic (/o0o)/
Well, why don’t you marry it then?
Oh noooooo
I bet Dr. U tries to use Spin as a CK reactor, since she’s apparently over producing right now anyway…
I forgot to mention…dat rump
Gawd, dat rump in lederrock (leather skirt)
Greta looks way too hot in that last panel. I feel a gas mask fetish coming on.
Wow there sure is alot of people now
Just yesterday when i checked there were only 2 pages
Now theres 4
you insulting Spinny?
I’ve just noticed Spinny’s new arm in panel 5 make poor Spins look like a necromorph from Dead Space O_O
Okay, I can understand the peidpalp-whatever things. But how the hell does an arm out of her back make sense?! Where’s the logic?!
Logic?! This is SPINNYVERSE!
Nah, he’s just trolling Spinny fans.
Oh geeze…I wonder what Gretta’s up to…Is she knocking her out so she can be used by Dr. U in some fashion? Poor Spinny…Save her Mecha Maid! ):

that occured to me too… I guess Spinny’s new arms are bulletproof as well =P
… maybe because of a finally obtained exorskeleton?
Do I sense that Greta’s going through a heel face turn?

Anybody else worried about Mecha Maid? I know that suit is pretty tough but she hit that barricade really hard… :S
Wonder if the mutation makes her a Woman Spider(Female Version of Man Spider who is Spider-Man mutated)
Greta: “When Columbus is… ashes… you have my permission to die.”
Sorry. DKR makes me think that line whenever I see a gas mask of that sort.
