Here’s a gift from the last Kickstarter, reader’s OCs mixing with the Spin crowd!

From left to right:

Ben Franklin
War Fire:
Fun loving but can serious in a fight. He spent time in the US Army and did several tours overseas. He was primarily a Forward Observer, in charge of directing the fires of mortars, artillery, and attack aircraft. After a few years in Commando and Special Operations units he volunteered for an
experimental project which is where he got his abilities from. He is
still in the Army but is only deployed to “Hot Spots” around the world
to assist in high value and high pay-off missions. He has pyrokinesis,
enhanced strength, speed, and durability. He can use his pyrokinesis
for flight.

Alternate:
He’s quiet, not overly sociable and doesn’t “tolerate fools” easily. He comes from an ‘alternate’ reality where super heroes were a lot more common and the world was left uninhabitable by wars between them. As a result, he would prefer that heroes and villains left each other alone. He considers himself a peacemaker if anything, and admires those with abilities that don’t use them unless forced to.

Reflex:
Originally from California, Reflex is a care-free ‘take each day as they come’ sort of person that most would confuse for being lackadaisical or perhaps just a bum. In reality he cares quite a bit, but is just most comfortable in the ‘now’ mind-set. Super speed and reflexes.

I know I said I’d be posting the next chapter this week, but we’re a bit behind. Sorry about that, Rocio and I are still finalizing character designs. We do have a treat coming though, look for a free desktop with some reader’s characters mingling with the Spinnerette crew!

Our next stretch goal is within reach, if we hit $70K we’ll fly Rocio to a convention in the US! As you may know, all of our artists live in Argentina. I’ve never had the chance to meet them face to face. To sweeten the deal, I’ll include the Mr. Webby bonus chapter if we make $70k!

I know I said the next chapter would be starting next week, but we’re still working on sketches to nail down the new characters. Hopefully we can post the cover the week after.

In the meantime, it’s the last week of the Kickstarter! Czech it out!
